Justin Bieber awarded 'Digital Artist of the Year'.Billboard Music Awards held at the MGM Grand Arena, Las Vegas, USA, Sunday (22/05/2011) evening local time. The performance was broadcast live by television station ABC. Besides Gaga and Beyonce, the musicians who perform at the event is Nicki Minaj, Lady Antebellum, Cee Lo Green, Taio Cruz, Far East Movement and Ke$ha.
